Performance indicators

Hey guys,
I am conducting a survey for a class at the University of North Florida. I am interested in seeing what variables affect MTG constructed performance (as measured by DCI rating). I would love if anyone could take the time to answer a few survey questions. Your answers are completely confidential.

I will be posting a link to my final project at the end of the semester, if anyone is interested in how it turns out.

Also, feel free to give me feedback on the questions. Did I miss anything? Are the questions relevent?
