Copy target instant or sorcery spell.

Good evening

I have a basic question, imagine i cast fireball and pay :mana5::manar:

and then cast a card like Reiterate does the :manax: costs are copied also?

and a kicker imagine the situation before was a Urza's rage kicked does Reiterate copies everything? or it would deal only 3 damage?

and if the :manax: or any kicker costs aren't copied can i after i cast Reiterate can i pay the kicker or the :manax: ?

X has a set value while it's on the stack. Cards that copy spells copy them exactly how they are on the stack meaning X would have the same value. This is also true for the cards that have "Choose one" or "Choose two" like Profane/Austere/cryptic/etc. have. The one or two chosen choices are the same on the copy and the original.

Fireball for :manar::mana5: reverberated would make the copy also have :manax: = :mana5:
