Help with legacy white-blue control deck
I need some help with these deck. I've always wanted to build up a control blue-white one, but this seems to be quite slow during the game. Thanks for the help, here's the link:

4x of a legendary creature is wasteful. 2 should be enough, 3 if it's your win condition.
and speaking of win conditions, you don't have any.

I don't get it, it doesn't seem to do anything to me. Swans is usually played in combo decks but I don't see any cards to abuse it. Grand Abolisher is another card that is good for combo decks but again, I don't see the combo.
- Needle mainboard isn't that great, it's a sideboard card.
- Meddling Mage is good if you want to stop combo decks, same for Runed Halo but to play them all main board. You have 12 anti combo cards main, why?
How do you win? Swing with swans? That's a very slow clock.

Well, i have the same problem. But only one thing different is that i have Grand Abolisher, and the problem is till there. Because i can't control it well.

I would take a look at my Blue/White for further ideas. I had a similar concept back in the day yours simply needs work. Mind you, mys purely EDH so there all singleton yet there are several selections i recommend making. 4x Pithing Needle, Oblivion Ring, and Runed Halo is a bit overkill, i would take that down to 3 or even 2 for variety and adaptibility.
Patience, you'l get there.
