Need Help for White/ blue Combo-deck

I want to know your opinion about this deck.

I don´t know what I can do to improve the mana curve...
And...
What is better?
Swiftfoot boots or Lightning Greaves?

:O it's using the vintage restricted list. Awesome. Anyways, as far as the which boots to run, what're you planning on running it for? Do you plan on targeting your own creatures? Otherwise, Greaves is usually better simply due to a much cheaper equip cost. 0 is much less than 1.

Whether or not you want to use Swiftfoot boots also depends on whether you are intending this deck to be used in team matches or not. Even if you don't have anything to target your creatures with, your ally might.

Greaves Swiftfoot or Boots is for stuffy doll and protect Guilty Conscience of the cards: Arrest, Boomerang, Krosan Grip and more.

What about the mana curve?
