Jinxed choker question
If i am playing a one on one game and i have a true believer on my side and i play a jinxed choker, at end of turn i give my opponent the choker. at the end of my opponents turn he/she cannot give it back but do they still put a counter on it or does it just keep the counter that my opponent put on it when i gave it to them?

That's because Jinxed Choker's control-change ability is removed from the stack due to lack of targets. Therefore, the Choker also doesn't get extra counters from that ability, and your opponent can simply pay the :3mana: and remove the counter it gained before.
