Card Challenge: Necropotence Redux

Hey there. I have something a little different for you; rather than your usual deck competition, I'd like you to design a card!

Necropotence BBB
Enchantment
"Skip your draw phase.
Whenever you discard a card, remove that card from the game.
Pay 1 life: Set aside the top card of your library. Put that card into your hand at the beginning of your discard phase."

The card is insane, it is abusable, it wins games by itself! That is why it is banned. Phyrexian Arena and Dark Confidant aspire to the sort of power that Necropotence achieved, without being broken. Then later Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur really tapped into its true power, while also going over the top and adding an over the top casting cost to the mix.

But still, none of the above examples can really compare to the absolutely insane card advantage that is Necropotence!

What I want: I'd like to see a balanced but usable approach to what the card is trying to do. Interpret that as you will, and make whatever you please, but bare in mind that the challenge was presented in the last line! It must be balanced but usable.

Necrotic Transformation BB
Enchantment
Skip your draw step.
At the beginning of each end step, if you didn't draw a card, you may put a quest counter on Necrotic Transformation
Pay 2 life: draw a card. Activate this ability only if Necrotic Transformation has four or more quest counters on it.


Necrosis God BBBBB
Creature - Demon Zombie
Necrosis God attacks each turn if able.
Whenever Necrosis God deals combat damage to a creature, lose that much life and draw that many cards.

Cursed Sepulchre BBB
Artifact
Skip your draw step.
Whenever you discard a card, exile that card from your graveyard.
At the beginning of your end step, put a curse counter on Cursed Sepulchre, then lose 1 life and draw a card for each curse counter on Cursed Sepulchre.

Halls of the Dead-enchantment-4BB-when Halls of the Dead enters the battlefield, put 2 1/1 skeleton creature tokens onto the battlefield-at the beginning of your upkeep, put a 1/1 skeleton creature onto the battlefield. Pay 3 life and sacrifice a skeleton to draw a card.
