Annoying deck counters?
I started playing back when Iceage was the big thing, then I quit a little after that cause someone stole my Baron Sengir. I joined back recently and someone I play with on a constant basis plays nothing but those annoying decks. Deck out, Discard, Devour for Power but redone with more deck out, Tap creatures, and basically all the "off" decks. So I am asking if anyone knows a good deck type that can counter them?
The other day we played Commander games and he was making me take the top cards off my deck equal to the number of cards in hand. I couldn't kill the creature as it was turn 4ish and all I really had out was Rhys, my commander, and a few tokens. I rushed him but next turn he had out Norrit and each turn my field dwindled.
That is the basis of how most his games go. We have actually baned 3 of his decks from being played and refuse to play him when he uses them. So any suggestions?

My current deck does very well against millers. Luck still plays a part, but if you add a few Elixir of Immortality to your deck, it helps a lot. Also try to add cards that allows you to get it back as soon as you need it again. Like Demonic or Diabolic Tutor.
I uploaded my deck here: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=242975
The Liches along with Darksteel Relic are immune to just about everything except infect and exile cards. The plague spitter keeps the table clear of small tribal creatures and keeps you healthy and fine if you add a vampiric link to it.
The added zombie tokens are more of a bonus. Instant creature destruction or better yet, exile is good to counter eldrazi.
As for early game combo decks turn 3-4 wins. You should get a few Force of Will, to counter those early spells.
