Card search engine

My suggestion is to create a search tool for cards of a specific mana cost. Say you were building an Elf deck and needed some two-mana elves. Just click the "two-mana" category, type "elf" in the search box, and select "Card type". Think how easy it would be to find a card at a certain mana cost without having to sift through all the one, three, four and higher mana cost cards.

There's already plenty of external tools for that, http://magiccards.info/search.html for example.

It would be much more convenient if it were built into MTGVault's card search. That way you could instantly search for cards you need on the same site your deck is being built on, making switching between the two pages unnecessary.

You could try our alternative search engine http://www.tcgvault.com.

There is scope for integration between MTG Vault and TCG Vault in the future, so stay tuned :)

Not to speak for the admins, but the amount of work required to create an advanced search engine for cards is not negligible, especially when compared to how little an "inconvenience" it is to switch between two tabs.

in fact, searching on a separate tab and using the bulk import is way faster/easier than to search for cards one by one through the internal search bar.
