T2 black/white control using necrotic plague

I like the card and need to issue this challenge to see if somone better then me can come up with a useble white/black deck for it

I put this together really quickly as an "off the hip idea" before I lost it.

Let me know what you think. The sideboard is there for more options at some different combos focused around using plague against yourself.

It looks all good it was somthing like that i was after somthing so either i can get creatures back to my hand after necrotic plague hits or ignore the effect of it when it hit me.
