enchantment card

This card says you do not lose the game when you have no health or when you are down to 0 life.. but it says if i get 10 poison counters i lose.

does that mean when im at 0 each attacking creature doing dmg to me is equivalent to a poinson counter./. for example 3 creatures hit me does that mean 3 poison counter.

Just cuts damage, but for every 1 damage that damage is counted as a poison counter

it is a nice combination with melira Melira, Sylvok Outcast

It means that damage is dealt in the form of poison counters.

Three 1/1 creatures attacking you is 3 poison counters.
Three 2/2 creatures attacking you is 6 poison counters.
Three 3/3 creatures attacking you is 9 poison counters.
