Teferi + Knowledge Pool Deck idea

I had this idea for a Blue lockdown deck using Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir and Knowledge Pool for a upcoming legacy tourney. Any comments
would be appreciated.

I hope it's a very casual tournament because I can't figur out how you can get your combo into play before turn 5 at best and that's goldfishing. Legacy decks usually kill you before turn 5 if you don't interact with them and 2 counterspell and a few free blockers isn't going to slow decks down much.

Also, unless I'm missing something, once you have Knowledge Pool and Teferi on the field they can't play spells anymore right? So what if they don't have to? If they already have a great board position or if they have Aether Vial or if they kill you with man lands? You have no answers.

For this deck to work you would need your combo out by turn 2 and play enough removal to secure a board position. You would also need to play man lands to finish the game if they just don't play anymore spells.
