Modern Combo Extraction?

I just threw this together in about twenty minutes to put the ideas to "paper." I haven't been paying attention to the current modern meta, so I can't really be arsed to build this deck properly, but thought I might share it to open discussion and explore ways to abuse the various mechanics build into this deck.

Looks good, all you need is a way to stay alive long enough to collect your combo.
