No more than 2CC

Rules:
A semi budget deck with cards with a casting cost of 0cc, 1cc or 2cc only. No affinity or dredge.

Ok i have a few Ones but they all have if's!!

Is a elf grapeshot. everything is whithin the challenge except 1 regal force and one eternal witness so only two cards have more than 2CC

This one has protean hulk and force of will and wins on turn 1 or before even you can buy if you are lucky the rest has 2cc or less
