My Friends and I are working on a game mode, which is currently called Duality. You see, Singleton/EDH is fun, and Don't Get me Wrong, I love both. But as a newer player with less accessibility to all of the godly older cards, I wanted to make a game mode where older cards could be used, but newer cards still add to the fun of it all.
Anyway, My Idea is so far being called Duality. You construct a 100-120 Card deck, and for every card that is not a basic land, you must have 2 copies of that card, If you have any. If you control a legendary creature, You may play 2 copies of the card before the Legend Rule applies. The only exception to the 2 and no legends rule is Brothers Yamazaki, Which if playing you can and MUST use 4 copies of him, and he is immune to the Legends Rule.
Each player starts with 30 life, and the "Partial Paris" mulligan of EDH is used.
