Looking for a card

I am looking for a card that i saw i believe that it was a creature card. I am pretty sure that it is a white card. It has an ability of 1 colorless and 1 white that either says "prevents all damage creatures do this turn" or "creatures cannot attack this turn".

edit:
I also sort of remember what the card picture looked like. It was like a old woman on the left side of the card (think people behind her) and she has her hand extended and pointing with her finger to the right side of the card.

yay found it finally. To bad you cannot use it in standard anymore, that is probably most decks didn't have it in. I guess i was wonder with the picture description.
