White Myr/Artifact Deck Advice
This is my first attempt at building a deck and was hoping for a little help. Here's the link to it. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=247856

Okay, first of all you have far too many cards in your deck. Try to focus your deck down to be around 60 cards. The idea is that, while having a ton of threats in your deck is nice; the downside of having less draw-control is too great to warrant that many cards in the deck. (That is to say that, with the more cards in your deck, you have less of a chance to get the cards you need when you need them... be they lands, threats, removal, what have you)
After focusing the deck down to the 60 or so cards (this is including lands!) that you want, you can then start to hone it to make your wincons be a bit sharper or adding in ways to protect your deck.
I feel like adding in any more specific advice about your deck would be too hard, since it just feels like there's too much going on for me to make a clear judgment about it.

Personally I'm not against building a big deck, your deck can work at around 100 cards if build well. Your mana curve seems to be ok and I like many of your card choises. There are a few cards however I would drop like
Whitesun's Passage
Golem's Heart
cards like that. The reason I would drop them is because they dont do anything broken and cost you a card and your deck is really lacking card advantage. Try to find cards that allow you to draw cards, that will be really important.
The number of lands you run seems to be on the low side for 96 cards. You have about 31% land which is low even for aggro decks on a 1-3cc curve.
Take a look at this card
Magistrate's Scepter
It's nuts in a proliferate deck.
