Can someone answer my question
In a multiplayer game if i have a leyline of sanctity and oath of mages in play. my opponents upkeep triggers oath of mages ability, my question is can my opponent target me with this ability?
I think no because they control the ability because it triggered with their upkeep and they are choosing the target. But i'm not sure.....
Thanks,

You still control Oath of Mages, the fact that your opponent is the one choosing the target does not affect this.
so yes, your opponent can target you with it even if you have hexproof.

Would the same be true of Lightning Storm, or could you not be targeted because the reason they are retargeting is because of an activated ability the opponent controls?
