Deck Challenge: No Win Condition

I just made a deck that has no way to win. I don't know if it will EVER win, but that's not the point!

This Doesn't Win

One of my friends also has a no win deck, it's basically made to make everything cost more, so no one can play anything, so technically it's a 'win by making people forfeit.'

So, show me your decks that are made not to win, but to annoy, pester, frustrate, and either break the game or make people go WTF?!

the problem with no win condition is you will eventualy get milled, if you dont want to win or lose you need to have exilier of immortality, if you dont mind wining in the end use labratory maniac. but then milling them becomes a win condition. unless you use karn.

actually if platinuim angel is out u can't lose by milling urself out

same with Abyssal Persecutor which means ur enemies can't mill themselves out either
