Circle Of Affliction

Circle Of Affliction seems breakable, anyone got any ideas? Cards that do damage to you in echange for good things?

Pestilence is the same color and would work nicely. With Sanguine Bond you can add even more damage. 2 mana would result into 3 damage to your opponent and none to you.

You can use Cabal Coffers to fuel it.
