Sleeper Value-Cards of Innistrad?

We've had Innistrad in paper form for over a month! We've had time to preorder our fancy Snapcaster Mages and Lilianas of the Veil and some of us have gotten to enjoy the blast that is Innistrad limited.

Some of these cards are doing ridiculous things due to their playability in Standard, Extended, and Modern. A few neat format staples like Tiago and Delver of Secrets. Stromkirk Noble is the new posterchild of all kinds of Standard red decks, from mono red to Ancient Grudge red to even UR tempo.

Other cards just haven't gotten much attention. Some have effects that really need to be evaluated and tried out.

Last season's Standard had one hell of a utility card in Into the Roil; I have a feeling if a card could find as many uses as that one, it would be the go-to pocketknife spell in Standard blue decks. UB used it as an instant Vindicate. UR used it to reset the board for a counterspell or to murder a particularly large token. Perhaps the next two sets will have more in terms of neat flashback spells. Or perhaps Snapcaster Mage will just become a required 4 of in all blue standard decks and therefore replace the optional cantrip of Into the Roil that Disperse so desperately lacks. Time will tell.

But now, to the meat of the discussion; what do you gentlemen (and ladies?) make of Ghoulcaller's Bell??
1. It's an adorable CMC 1 common artifact.
2. It stocks the graveyard. Every turn. On both sides.
3. Tarmogoyf, Tiago, and things like Darkblast like graveyards.
4. Trinket Mage fetches it.
5. You can ditch the top card of your library during your upkeep *cough*Delver of Secrets or Jace, the Mind Sculptor*cough*
6. It makes multiplayer get interesting.
7. Did Tezzeret mention it's an artifact?

it's useless in competitive play

The only place for it is in slower formats like EDH where, like you mentioned it can be transformed into long term value in combination with knowledge of the top card of your deck or opponents deck.

synergies with:

Oracle of Mul-Daya
Sphinx of Jwar Isle
Jace, The broken one
Future Sight
Magus of the Future
Galvanoth
Dark Confidant
etc...
