multiple gutter grime

what happens if i have 2 gutter grimes on the feild, are the ozes the */* of my choice out of the two gutter grimes to count the slime counters? or are they added together? or each individual oze has */*= to the number of slime counters on the gutter grime they came from?

each individual ooze is the power and toughness equal to the ooze counters on the Gutter Grime it came from.

ok thanks, thats what i thought most likely, so if the gutter grime dies than all of the oozes it created die as well?
