Deck Challenge!- Sun Titan

I recently busted a fat pack of 2012 and pulled 2x Sun Titans and 1x day of judgement....and i got some perrty niffty ideas but cant put them together

So here is the Challenge i want a :manaw:/:manag:or a :manaw:/:manau:


My idea is simple put small critters in just to block. untill i get Sun Titan Beef him up big...play a Stafe(i think thats it protection from 1 color till end of turn for 1:manaw:) play a day of judgement and 1 hit someone wit one or 2 creatures. If its hard to get what iam trying to do here just ask i will try to elaborate please help me out i think this would be a great casual deck if i can find the help to build it.


Please any ideas would be great btw trying to make it standard but if not its fine i play mostly wit friends to pass the time and drink a few beers :)

wow these would work great now only if i can get them lmao just started to play again have no cards well not older ones just 2012 ins. and new phrx.

I think the card you're thinking of is Stave Off.
Just so you know, protection won't save a creature from global destruction affect like Day of Judgement.

It's estimated at 62$, has a good mana curve and it's difficult to break

special note: Reveillark-Karmic Guide-Mirror Entity is your eternal loop take everything back from the graveyard. If you don't get it google Reveillark Combo's with Mirror Entity. Many of the other cards become toolbox stuff to do whatever you want. Eternal witness takes back any card you need. Magus of the Disk blows up your opponents stuff while you keep on looping. Bladesplicer creates infinite tokens etc...
The deck can be broken but it's difficult and if you play it well you'll win a lot of casual games with it.

Here's what protection does grant:
-Makes the creature effectively 'unblockable' by creatures of the color.
-The creature cannot receive any form of damage from anything of the colour, including global damage. This makes it awesome for blocking :)
-The creature cannot be targeted by anything of that colour (abilities, spells, etc), but 'global' affects still affect it.

Use something that has totem armor like Eland Umbra on Sun Titan, then use cheap Merfolks that you can recover whenever Sun Titan attacks.
