Deck Simulator
I think it would be great if we could build these decks and then have a simulator randomize everything and let us draw our first hand and play a game versus another member here or just run through it solo.

We have a draw sample hand system on WoW TCG Vault which we are porting over to MTG Vault. Go take a look at it and see if that is something you would like to see.
Take a look at this deck for example and click the "Draw Sample Hand" text link:

Main problem it's not live at the moment is we haven't got/uploaded all the card images yet :-)
Playing games though requires AI, which I don't believe is that easy to do ;-)
Thanks for the input though!

I would absolutely like to see this implemented into MTG Vault. An idea I had for the ability to run through the decks was just for it to let you draw your hand, then go through your turns just to see how the deck flows. I realize the AI would probably be quite a feat, but this lets you at least run through the deck with no opponent to get an idea.
Hope to see the hand generator on mtg vault soon. Thanks!

I will assume that you are unaware of the free program called "Magic Workstation" It is basically a free, cruddier version of MTGO, in the sense that you have to manually do a lot of stuff.

At least a year ago on the official MTG forums I organized a big tournament with a good number of people (15-30?) and it worked out great!
