Deck Challenge: Budget Gruul

I may have made a promise I mite not be able to keep, so I'm here to ask for your assistance. There's a new player in our group that plays a standard legal strait red burn bloodthirst themed deck, but that's the only deck she has. I promised to make her a Gruul deck for Legacy, but only now realized I had problems making one I was happy with back when Ravnica was still standard legal. So my challenge to you is more of a request, help me build a budget friendly Gruul deck for this new player (ie no rares and no single card more that $1).

Rules:
1) Have fun
2) Must be a Gruul deck (ie :manar::manag: bloodthirst)
3) Must be budget friendly (no rares and no single card more than $1)

My entry, a little less budget than yours, Dedwards, but I think it's a tad
stronger. I mostly just tweaked the deck you posted. A Contagion Clasp
should help the deck quite a bit, but it's not as budget as Volt Charge.

EDIT: I just re-read Curse of the Pierced Heart, and I realize it doesn't trigger
Bloodthirsty at all, so I replaced it with some Fogs.

Well, Legacy is a format (like standard) that has it's own set of banned cards, but unlike standard, you can use cards from any set of Magic (except the ones on the banned list).

You can find the list of banned cards for the different formats here.
