Deck Challenge: Un-Serious Deck

The challenge is to make a deck comprised of entirely Unhinged and/or Unglued cards that would function well as a real deck.

Well... it was late and I was tired lol... I clicked on it and read it without understanding what the first two effects had to do with each other, and then I read the last effect and thought it was the perfect card draw engine... after re-reading it this morning... its not... so I took them out and added 1 Meddling Kids and 2 Enter the Dungeons
