Hear is the Challenge. Build a Deck based around Labratory Maniac. Hear are the conditions.
1) It must be leagal in type II (standard) format.
2) You can only include 3 copies of Labratory Maniac
3) You can only use 2 copies of dissipate if you choose to put them in the deck.

This is a FOR FUN challenge

Here, already had one made. Just took out a Laboratory Maniac for a Jace, Memory Adept.
