One more question (Brimstone Volley)

It says for Brimstone Volley the Morbid effect is when a creature dies, if I sacrificed a creature for something like Goblin Grenade would that card being sacrificed count as a creature dying?

Yeah, that works. Any creature who goes from the battlefield to the graveyard is considered to have died.
