Deck Challenge: Heartless Metal

Just a little challenge to see what the minds that are not mine can come up with. The challenge is to make a Heartless Summoning deck that uses only (or mostly) artifact creatures and uses Tempered Steel (or similar) to counteract the Summoning's -1/-1 drawback.
