Deck Challenge: Legacy Tournament - Unhinged / Unglued

Greetings!

My challenge is to see what kind of deck you can create using Symbol Status from Unhinged (http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewCard_Popup.aspx?CardName=Symbol%20Status&Edition=UNH&Print=1). I'd love to see everyone's take on this card. With all the sets out now, this should prove to be interesting. The kicker is... I'd like this to be able to play well at a Legacy tournament.
