Mono red burn deck help plz!

Ok so here is what i have in the deck so far....

1 increasing vengeance
20 mts
2 chandras outrage
2 volcanic hammer
2 chandras spitfire
1 wheel of fate
1 tuktuk
3 flame slash
4 seal of fire
4 shock
4 rift bolt
4 lightning bolt
4 lava spike
4 staggershock
2 browbeat
2 whipflare
2 spark elemental
2 stormblood berserker
2 mudbutton torchrunner
2 ember hauler
1 red suns zenith
1 circle of flame
1 elemental appeal
1 leyline of punishment
1 goblin arsonist
1 galvanoth
1 furnace of rath

1 chandra nalaar
bunch of others...

a guy at a local store where we play tournaments ran a mono red burn deck
and he fanned the deck out for me he came 1st pretty much every time and his deck
was 2 drops and under with 1 or 2 3 drops

also goblin guide and goblin bush wacker is what he used
but thats if you'd wana go more goblin burn then burn
