markov blademaster effects with double strike

Since it has double strike and when ever it deal combat damage it gain +1/+1 wouldn't that mean it would gain +2/+2 since it has two attacks, or just the +1/+1

Yes, for each time it does damage, the blademaster will get a counter. So say you announce it as an attacker, no blockers announced. first strike damage is done, and the blademaster gets a counter. then regular combat damage is done, and then the blademaster gets another counter.
