Weird card... Seems awesome for a deck challenge!

RULES: Must include 2-4 copies of Blood Funnel.

Now start showing those decks! :D

Here is mine...

Racky - Why does Blood Funnel sucks? If you construct your deck around it , it may be an awesome card. In aggro strategy, for example : Turn 1 - Doomed Traveler ; Turn 2 - Gather the Townsfolk; Turn 3 - Blood Funnel, Lingering Souls for 1 mana, sac Doomed Traveler . That's value right there.

It can be used in some situations, like if creatures benefit or don't care about dying, but I don't think it counts in the decks that would love to use it but can't because all of their spells are countered due to lack of creatures. I guess it can be built around though.
