Hello all! First time putting one of these up.

So, I've been building some mono or two color combo-based decks recently, and I've been having good fun with them. Now, I'd like to try something different. I'm not too worried about it being standard legal, as I mostly just play against friends who don't care about that sort of thing.

So! I thought I'd build a deck based around my favorite three colors, and see where that took me (I've heard people throw around the term 'esper' for UBW decks). Problem is, I really have no idea what to do with it, or where to start. Again, I enjoy combo-based decks, but, an all-rounder might be a nice change. Either way!

I've heard 'Solar Flare' thrown around a lot out there, but, I honestly don't know much about it, or what it is, or how it works. So here we go! Any suggestions for a good esper deck, standard or otherwise, combo-based or otherwise, throw them my way!

Also, bonus points if you can meet my budget. I'd really like to avoid spending too much on this. The lower, the better, but I guess there's no hard limit. I have a number of decent blue and white cards already, so I may be able to save some there.
