Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth

hi,

i need help to understand better the ability of this card:
Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth
Each land is a Swamp in addition to its other land types.

what does it mean? for example:
If I have an island in the play and Unborg and when I TAP the islan...does it produce 1 :manau:+1 :manab: mana? or I have to choose only one of them?:confused:

It means your island is also a swamp

Island has the ability T: Add :manau: to mana pool
Swamp has the ability T: Add :manab: to mana pool

if any card has multiple abilities that requires the card to tap you can only use one of those abilities because once the card is tapped you can no longer tap it to use another abitity that requires the card to tap.

So this means you would have to choose between adding :manab: to your mana pool or adding :manau:
