Need Some Help with R/U Aggro deck

What can I put into it to get more speed? Always winning in the 3rd or 4th in a maximum shift.

The problem is playing against control decks, so hopefully more speed.
and constancy.

I take it with always winning you mean when your opponent doesn't shoot down your fully pumped creature? It's a big gamble boosting a creature with multiple spells in hope of actually striking home, if the critter gets shot down the loss of multiple cards versus his 1 removal spell will almost always loose you the game.
