There aren't many cards in standard for a land destruction deck.

But i would include 4 Mimic Vat with acidic slime

if you want only to destroy lands it's dificult in DHD.

also you could use liquimetal coating with mimic vat Manic Vandal

You could go with a Rooftop solution.

You have Havengul Lich and Polluted Dead.

Use Evil Twin and Devouring Swarm to kill the Polluted Dead.

Rooftop makes it so that the Polluted Dead costs you 0 mana after you target with Havengul Lich.

Evil Twin and Devouring Swarm are activated abilites and you can use them from the graveyard with Necrotic Ooze or Havenghul Lich if need be.

Throw in a few Ghoulcaller's Chant to retrieve Havenghul and a Polluted Dead and throw them back into the field for 0 mana is pretty demoralizing.

I was thinking of Splashing green to speed it up, but you can just use the discard ability of Civilized Scholar (or Necrotic Ooze if he is in your graveyard) to throw Somberwald Sage into your graveyard for Necrotic Ooze or Havengul Lich.
