]Stoneforge Mystic, Kazandu Blademaster, and Basilisk Collar. Due to the equipment theme, I am also running Puresteel Paladin and equipment with Living Weapon, one of which being Mortarpod.

Now, I'm 99% sure I know the answer to this, given the card errata:

If I sacrifice a creature to Mortarpod that is also equip with Basilisk Collar, does the 1 point of damage have deathtouch and lifelink?

I ask because I want to be 100% certain before I try this combo in a game. A friend suggested that despite Mortarpod remembering how the creature last existed on the battlefield, because the buff is granted by another piece of equipment which must be equipped to grant its benefits, and that equipment falls off when the creature is sacrificed, the damage might not benefit from deathtouch and lifelink.
