Looking for advice: U/W Venser

Evening, gents

I came up with this a while ago:

Pretty much your typical u/w flicker deck. I'd quite like some suggestions, tips and tricks though. Would be greatly appreciated.

I like your Reality Acid/Venser plan. I might try that out myself.
