Unusual combo for infinite mana or infinite card draw is it legal?

2 islands + Leyline of Anticipation + Manabond + Flooded Shoreline + 1 zero casting cost creature = infinite mana?

Manabond
Enchantment, G (1)
At the beginning of your end step, you may reveal your hand and put all land cards from it onto the battlefield. If you do, discard your hand.

Flooded Shoreline
Enchantment, UU (2)
{U}{U}, Return two Islands you control to their owner's hand: Return target creature to its owner's hand.


2 Islands, Leyline of Anticipation, Manabond, Flooded Shoreline and 1 zero casting cost creature in play

At beginning of end step
1. Tap two islands (add 2 blue mana to mana pool) then using Flooded Shoreline return two Island to hand and return Zero casting cost creature to hand
2. Cast zero casting cost creature (it has flash)
3. Using Mana Bond reveal hand put Islands back into battlefield discard zero mana cost card from hand.
4. Repeat steps 1 - 3 for infinite mana

other combos
replace zero casting cost creature with
Thalakos Seer or Alchemist's Apprentice for infinite card draw

seeing as Manabond only triggers once, at the beginning of your end step.. no, this doesn't work.
