Looking for more advice on this deck.

Instead of Builder's Blessing, you should use Goblin Chieftain, since the idea of Goblins is not to keep them untapped.



On a side note, according to Google Translate, the above post doesn't make sense in any language :P

I would replace Devil's Play with Volcanic Geyser. You loose the flashback, but you gain a lot more variety with an instant. As mentioned above, if you can get the Goblin Chieftain, you can replace Builder's blessing. If you get enough, you can also replace Fervor. If you get the Chieftains, I would replace Fervor first.

The reason I am using Builders Blessing and Fervor instead of the Chieftain is that Standard is cycling in a couple months, and I don't want to reinvest at that point. I jut came back to magic during Dark Ascension, and all my cards are really from the Avacyn block and M13
