cutting down activated ability cost

anyone know of any cards that cut down the cost of activated abilities. i'm looking for one to use with tower of eons. http://magiccards.info/autocard.php?card=Tower%20of%20Eons|

Those are the only two I could find as well, it seems like Wizards prefers to just make it easier to produce massive bungtons of mana rather than lower the cost of things.
