Deck Challenge: Milled by Elves

TheBroTRAIN recently got his Post YOUR ELF Deck Here deck to the front page. I decided to come up with a standard format elf deck because that is what I play to put on his deck. After designing a few (non-standard) decks, I noticed that there was a lot of mana production going on. Then I thought hey, can I tag Liliana of the Dark Realms final ability with the mana produced by elves as an X cost mana outlet? So I thought about it, but decided against it (mostly because I am sorrily lacking in knowledge of older cards).

So here is my deck challenge to you. Make an G, U/G or a B/G elf deck using mill (Sands of Delirium) or X cost as the win con. There are no restrictions.

If needed, You can use mine as an example.

Special thanks to TheBroTRAIN and everyone who commented on the deck.

Ok I Actually used to play speed elves with infinite mana/mill/life/tokens and all with mono green thanks to birchlore rangers to play intruder alarm then after that Imperious perfect, llanowar/arbor elf/ fyndhorn elves, wellwisher, hair-strung koto and with the mana ramp with elves that combo is a cinch :P

The funny thing is, I already had the Elf Deck, and just opened a Booster with Sands Of Delirium in it. Its not actually listed in the deck because i really cant be Arsed to do it at this point. Just pretend its replacing something Random, anything. I slipped it into the deck IRL and played it a few times and averaged a Mill the first turn i drew it, Every time.
