Alright here's my idea for you.
Vampire Deck V. 1 deck:

Artifacts:
3x Blade of the Bloodchief
(if you don't have Sorin Markov, put in another 2 Blade of the Blood Chief and 2 Gorgon Flails)

Creatures:
4x Vampire Bats
4x Vampire Aristocrat
4x Blood Seeker
4x Child of Night
4x Gatekeeper Malakir
2x Skeletal Vampire or Gual Draz Vampire
2x Vampire Nocturnus
2x Kalitas, Bloodchief of Ghet

Lands:
2x Cabal Coffers
2x Gargoyle Castle
18x Swamps

Planeswalker:
Sorin Markov (completely optional but recommended)

Spells:
3x Consume Spirit
3x Feast of Blood
3x Vampire's Bite
3x Hideous End

Okay here's what I'm seeing. Use the Vampire bats to power up the Vampire Aristocrats while also being powered up by Vampire Nocturnus. That's also why the Skeletal Vampires are there, to continue to give you tokens to feed the Vampire Aristocrats. Blood seekers are there also as sacrifices, but also to steal life. Their effectiveness is boosted by the Hideous Ends, the Vampire Bites, and the Feasts of Blood. Gargoyle Castle is there to give you a creature to become a vampire as well as whack away at health even when Nocturnus is not out. Kalitus and Sorin are really there for flavor but they give the deck a bit more in power and... fun. Blade of the Bloodchiefs are always fun and the Gorgon Flails are their to help make even your weakest monsters a threat to charging creatures.

where are the nighthawks

Don't need them.

Here's my deck for ya. It's very basic. Get Nocturnus out quick and then overrun the opponent with all the Vampires you can play. Cheap vampires. The spells are there for support. Sensei's Divining Top is there to help you keep the top card of the deck black :)

Maybe a few.

I know you said to only include 2 Vampire Nocturnus but this is my original idea for a vampire deck, you could probably substitute in another card like have 3 blood tributes or 2 Sorin Markovs.
While looking over the new vampire cards I realized that they would go great with Sanguine Bond, you gain life from lifelink, your opponent loses equal life. Also for a 1 hit K.O. I added in a couple Blood Tributes.

Anyway I made this a couple months back and this is my personal vampire deck. It has gotten me through a lot of shit. It kicks ass I know it has a one hit kill combo that can only be prevented one way and most decks can't even do it because they don't have damage prevention. Anyway I recommend it to everyone I will even tell you how to play it in explicit detail. Enjoy.
