Deck Challenge: Psychic Battle

Hi!!! This challenge will focus on the card Psychic Battle. All you need to do is make a deck around it. Good luck!!!
Suggestions: Obstinate Familiar, Lantern of Insight, cards that tutor other cards to top of library (Liliana Vess).

Once Psychic Battle is out, you cast a burn spell, radiate it and then redirect all of the copies to your opponent. You have the rack and top to put a high CMC card on top and the Nivmagus Elemental to exile the spells if you lose the battle.

Also has a large amount of high CMC spells that can generally be played for cheaper than the cost shown to help ensure you win the battle while still being able to play spells cheaply.
