[Fixed] Export as txt; cards not sorted

Just a minor quibble...

The card list generated via "Export as .txt file" link is not sorted. Sorting by card name would make sense. At the moment, it would appear that the list is being spit out with the database's raw ordering.

For example, txt export of http://mtgvault.com/digimage/decks/merfolk-u/:
