perhaps a silly noob question

so Im a 'new' player again - I've just got a 2010 core fat pack and would like to get into Magic again (I have about 3000 cards from prior sets)
my question is, I would like to find a piece of software that allows me to input all the cards I own, manage my 'inventory' AND allow me to build decks online and then print decklists so I can go through my collection a bit faster and easier

magic online doesn't seem to support this type of use - and while here at vault I have a complete db of EVERY card, I dont OWN every card so its helpful but not exactly what I'm looking for

any suggestions?
