[Fixed] new decks-

the new decks page isnt updating, and only has like 4 visible tags.. in fact the tags and decks just keep disappearing everytime i reload the page? ? ?

Yeah, I may have forgotten to change the code to update the date when you ticked the public option... sorry! :O
