[Fixed] Judge's Familiar incorrect CMC in Mana Curve

Judge's Familiar shows up as 4 cmc. Was wondering what was going on and ended up testing each 4-of: I've confirmed it is indeed that card which is incorrect.

I don't believe it's hybrid-cost cards in general, either, as Kitchen Finks and Rakdos Cackler both show the correct values. Your database must be off on that specific card.
