Well, i have some comments for this cards and consider it in existing metagame. I will stop only on most powerfull and intrested position.
Ghost Quarter ? one of the beast combination in Modern ? Ghost Qurter + Leonin Arbiter = Strip Mine.

Tectonic Edge ? just another land fixing. How u can see all of the deck working on lock of any opponent move.

Aven Mindcensor ? fetchs, Scapeshift, Birthing Pod, Reshape and Knight of the Reliquary (yes, Knights became actually after Gran Pri). And that dude also fly.

Birds of Paradise ? another flying dude. Why is it metter? They fly with sword...

Baneslayer Angel ? unbeatable for Domri, much life gain and coming on third turn. Also invularable for much of modern removal. Junds really don?t like any Angels.

Leonin Arbiter ? another lock stuff. Fetchs and Pod, both of Throne and Reshape. Belive me, u really need it on second turn, - just look at last Gran Pri lists ? too much fetchs everywhere.

Linvala, Keeper of Silence ? locking Pod and Twin, Knights and Shamans, just another stuff which can make your life better.

Mirran Crusader ? strong beater, with Sword became a dream of idiot. I mean everybody want creature with almost all protections.

Path to Exile ? neceserray vs all. Of course we need more pathes, that why we must use Dismember in side.

Sword of War and Peace ? best Equip in Modern on that time.

Thalia, Guardian of Thraben ? one of the best lock in mtg.

How you can see all of the deck directed on strong lock of enemy deck. Of course, u can lock not all deck of metagame, but don?t worry ? u can just beat them by our sweet Angels.

This deck have a bad mutchup, but it play in really strong game with all populars decks.

Thrones, Pod, UWR, BUG, Eggs, Junds, Five-color Zoo, Scapeshift, RDW, RG ? all of them seems easy prey.

All other problems can solve sidebord and cards like Rest in Peace and Dismember.

I want distinguish one thing ? this deck isn?t a just a randomly GW based on big creatures with stupid faces. No. It?s a locking deck , which demads the same treatment. I mean you can?t just play a creatures and going to attack by them. It?s a big field of thought, about side, main and metagame.

If you have any advices for me or any ideas - please say it to me.
If u never see this deck before ? just try it and say about you experience.

Good luck.

looks like a good deck. To me it doesn't look like a prison deck but I'm a legacy player and not a modern player so I might be mistaken because I don't know the meta, to me it looks like a tempo deck. It wants to slow down the opponent while overpowering him with superior beaters. I take it you have your share of bad draws with that many mana dorks and so few real beaters. Does it slow the opponent down enough to beat him down with bears or do you really have to wait for that baneslayer or other beatstick? I doubt it plays like a real lock down deck the way for instance stax does if that sort of thing is even possible in modern. I see it win games where you can color screw or even mana screw an opponent but does it really consistently lock them down as a liniar strategy? I still think it's more of a tempo deck where speed is the key.

Looks like a converted Stoneforge Mystic deck to me.
A little bit of hatebears, tempo, aggro and tools all thrown in a blender.

Should struggle against hyperfast aggro w AEther Vial, Tron, mono hatebears, and control combo as all those decks leaves it with a multitude of useless mainboard cards, (dead draws).

Other then that it looks like a fun deck to play that has several other deck types dominated.
