whats the thing that lets them attack twice

iam trying to build a deck but i forgot what card lets them attack twice in one turn and if they do attack twice after the first do they untap

I haven't seen very many cards that give a second combat phase, and doublestrike is understandably not printed like candy, but if you don't play Type 2 there's a LOT of untappers available to green that can help you otherwise.

Finest Hour gives a second attack phase and is T2

Older cards that let you attack more then once a turn are

Fury of the Horde
Relentless Assault
Waves of Aggression
Breath of Fury
...

Don't forget:
Godo, Bandit Warlord
Seize the Day
Hellkite Charger
Aggravated Assault
Savage Beating- this one's particularly nice, as it can grant Double Strike and an extra attack phase. On top of all that, if you imprint it on a Spellbinder, it's good times.

Also, any of the Sorceries mentioned imprinted on a Panoptic Mirror would allow you to cheat them into a green deck.
